Xerox has released two new multifunction printers geared specifically towards small and medium-sized businesses

The Phaser 3300MFP boasts print and copy speeds up to 30 pages per minute (ppm). It also has the ability to scan directly to a flash drive, e-mail, or a network, and comes with Xerox's Scan to PC Desktop Software. This all-in-one offers automatic two-sided printing, color faxing, and a 50-sheet multipurpose tray for a variety of paper weights and sizes. The 3300MFP's high-capacity toner cartridges and toner-saving mode promise to keep office costs down as well.

Xerox's other new offering, the WorkCentre 4260, is the manufacturer's fastest desktop all-in-one, with print and copy speeds up to 55 ppm. It offers ID Card Copy, the ability to copy both sides of an ID or insurance card onto one side of a page. Other features include Fax Forward to E-mail, and Save Print, which lets users store frequently printed forms on the 4260's hard drive. Last but not least, the 4260 will help keep your office running with Print Around: If one job is stopped for a specific reason, like the printer is out of a particular paper size, other print jobs will continue without interruption. A spacious 7-inch color touch screen adds to the 4260's usability.
